Job Description: You will be part of IT, Security and Corporate Services Unit and will be responsible for the implementation of the IT Autonomy program, which will provide the new administrative systems. Tasks:

• Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor the implementation of the services from initiation till final delivery.
• Contribute to contract preparation, draft technical annexes and negotiate with vendors.
• Ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope
• Apply best practice methodologies (PM2, ITIL)
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the internal and external teams
• Elaborate and approve project documentation
• Liaise between system owners and service providers
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks
• Establish a proactive communication strategy

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or equivalent in professional experience
• At least 10 years of experience managing Projects/Programmes;
• Good knowledge and previous experience within EU institutions, in relation to Project and Programme Management;
• Good knowledge and certification in best practice methodologies (PRINCE2, PM2 Agile);
• For one of the positions, candidates with at least 5 years’ experience in managing technical projects;
• Strong capacity in preparing and writing project governance;
• Fluency in English
