EHS Leader – Switzerland | Safety, Compliance & Culture

Otis is seeking an experienced EHS leader to head the EHS team in Fribourg with nationwide responsibility. You will shape safety strategy, ensure Swiss regulatory compliance, and drive incident reduction and a proactive safety culture.

We require an engineering degree or Swiss EHS diploma, formal EHS safety qualification, strong leadership, and fluent German and English (French a plus). Hybrid work from Fribourg HQ, with ~50% travel across Switzerland and collaboration with regional EHS teams.
