Context: As the Efficy tool is constantly evolving, its management and the steering of its development constitute a project in itself. The mission consists of leading this project at the DRT level, facilitating and managing the Efficy working group, and serving as the interface with the software publisher responsible for development, as well as with the project managers of the applications connected to Efficy. MISSIONS Data Governance

• Creation and maintenance of the data catalog o Description of all application fields, their domain, and their format Creation and maintenance of the process map supported by the application o Definition of common rules for data entry in the application Harmonization of practices o Identification of divergent practices and seeking harmonization Documentation, training, satisfaction surveys Documentation o Creation and maintenance of a help site dedicated to the application Training o Creation of video tutorials, training of institute representatives Internal client satisfaction o Conducting satisfaction surveys and analyzing results Functional specifications using Agile methodology Facilitation of the Efficy working group using Agile methodology o Product backlog management Bug fixes New application features Mass update scripts Interactions with Data

Expected deliverables: up-to-date data catalog, process mapping, common data entry rules, user documentation, training tutorials, prioritized product backlog, functional specifications, data quality control reports, bulk update scripts, and Efficy working group reports. Desired profile: CRM functional consultant with a strong understanding of web applications, databases, and Agile methodologies, capable of liaising between business users, institute representatives, technical teams, and the Efficy vendor. Expected results: improved data quality and consistency, better user adoption of the application, structured prioritization of enhancements, reduced issues related to anomalies, and secure user rights management.

Skills:

• Technical: o Knowledge of web application and database architecture to anticipate implementation difficulties and interact effectively with the Efficy consultant. o Strong Transact-SQL skills: ability to write bulk update scripts or complex extraction queries. o Skills in data warehouse architecture and modeling Organizational: IT project management using Agile methodology, process mapping Written: functional specifications, meeting minutes, and Power
