We are a friendly, exciting, vibrant congress organizer in plastic surgery, dermatology, and aging science, located in the heart of Paris, with 25 years of experience organizing medical congresses worldwide. With five global events per year in France, Asia, and South America, and an e-learning platform, the company has built an excellent reputation through hard work, efficiency, and professionalism. IMCAS is always looking for new talent to join the team to accelerate the company’s development! Our office is a welcoming and inclusive environment, home to a multicultural team of 40 employees representing 15 nationalities, with an average age of around 33. We operate on a 4½-day workweek, with remote work every Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM.
Job Description
- Planning, creating, and monitoring newsletters
- Creating editorial content for various means (webpages, blogs, articles, communication material, programs)
- Writing & coordinating event programs (with graphic designers)
- Transcribing and writing interviews & corresponding articles
- Collaborating on podcast creations
- Proofreading English content for various communication channels
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communication, or business
- Excellent English skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software (PHOTOSHOP, IDD)
