Editorial Communications and Corporate Content Officer

As part of the Corporate Communications team, you will contribute to the creation, maintenance, and distribution of editorial content for both internal and external audiences. You will help promote the company's strategy, activities, expertise, and employees by producing clear, reliable, and audience-focused content across multiple communication channels.
Activities
Editorial Content Production
- Identify company initiatives, projects, and newsworthy topics to highlight.
- Gather and consolidate information from various teams and sites.
- Prepare and conduct interviews with subject matter experts, managers, and employees.
- Write and adapt content for different communication platforms, including the intranet and corporate website:
- Internal and external articles
- Internal newsletters
- Employee profiles and testimonials
- Tailor content to specific target audiences and communication channels.
- Contribute to the development of editorial campaigns showcasing strategic projects and key company milestones.
Corporate Communications Materials Management
- Ensure the regular update of the company's corporate presentation.
- Manage the development and maintenance of corporate brochures and key institutional communication materials.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and accuracy of information across all communication assets.
- Coordinate content collection with internal experts and stakeholders.
Editorial Planning and Content Distribution
- Contribute to the definition and monitoring of the editorial calendar.
- Support the publication and distribution of content across communication channels.
- Monitor company news and identify new communication opportunities.
- Contribute to the management and engagement of internal communication channels.
Editorial Quality Assurance
- Perform proofreading and coordinate required validation processes prior to publication.
- Ensure compliance with the company's editorial guidelines, tone of voice, and communication standards.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
Candidate Profile
Profile and Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Literature, or a related field.
- Initial successful experience in editorial communications, journalism, or corporate communications.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both French and English.
- Editorial content management
- Ability to simplify and communicate technical or complex topics in a clear and engaging manner.
- Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a strong storytelling mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and digital communication platforms.
