Edge Database Engine Engineer — Flexible Hours

Source is hiring a Database Engine Engineer to own core subsystems of DefraDB, our edge-native document database. You will work on query planning, storage design, replication, and performance inside a distributed database designed for edge environments.

You'll collaborate with CTO and infrastructure teams, shaping architecture for running on devices from phones to satellites, balancing correctness and efficiency while delivering scalable, privacy-preserving edge data infrastructure.
