Job Description
We are looking for an experienced eCommerce professional to help build an outstanding digital shopper and consumer experience delivering valued online, mobile, and omni-channel experiences aligned to our digital strategy that upholds how the LEGO brand and our play promise is being represented and sold in e-Commerce. Come play with us for a fixed term contract mission, ideally commencing 31st August 2026 up to 26th February 2027 with a potential of transitioning to a permanent role come end of February.

Core Responsibilities
Own the retail activation, innovation, and sub-channel retailer development. Responsible for all on-platform retailer execution and compliance.
Lead the eCommerce execution of the marketing master plan and eCommerce specific shopper programs with the retailer driving eCommerce sub-channel growth and business development of new retailer platforms.
Innovation Scouting & Creation: Stay in touch with trends in the retail industry (e-Commerce, Omnichannel and Bricks & Mortar) building capabilities around eCommerce in collaboration with the wider Sales Team as well as Retail Partners.
Brand deployment: Use, develop and improve LEGO technology stack with partners to deploy and scale the utilization of impactful assets.
Agency & Brand partnerships: Work with existing and collaborate with leading agencies as well as retailers and other brands to deliver planned campaigns/promotions.
Budget Management: Work with internal partners and platforms to drive and gain budget decisions managing efficient and effective fund utilization for all eCommerce & shopper marketing projects.
Do you have what it takes?
In-depth working experience in an e-Commerce or Omnichannel environment with a focus on driving commercial innovation and solutions.
Exposure to relevant areas of technology, innovation, or consumer & shopper engagement.
Background in leading and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
Experience in project management and agile ways of working within a cross-functional retail marketing and eCommerce environment collaborating with Key Account Management to drive commercial output.
Analytical approach basing decisions on data insights and proof points.
Understanding of the conversion funnel, the digital retail landscape, marketplaces and platforms, and the dynamics of e-Commerce and Omni-channel.
Deep understanding of IT environments (APIs, web, mobile, apps, search etc.).
Professional working proficiency (written and spoken) in English, French (fluent).
Ability to work in our Paris office 3 days per week (2 days working from home).
