• Recruiting and training teams, prioritizing the local population, in order to reinforce sustainable and cultural development.
• Administrative, budgetary, and logistical monitoring: Ensuring operational management, promoting cultural diversity, and limiting negative environmental effects.
• Communication and awareness: leader promoting the establishment, highlighting the transparency of ecological practices, and educating travelers on the protection of flora and fauna.

Skills and Personal Qualities

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of sustainable development (eco-friendly materials, understanding of local traditions, administrative procedures).
• Mastery of environmental standards and certifications (e.g., Green Globe label¹).
• Aptitude in communication and marketing to promote the offering and educate clients.
• Skills in hotel management and general management to oversee an establishment.

Education and Qualifications

• Training in hospitality and catering (Bachelor's in International Hospitality, BTS (Higher Technician Certificate), Professional Licenses).
• MBA in International Hospitality to acquire managerial and strategic expertise in responsible tourism.

Prior experience in the hotel industry or in the management of tourism structures is highly recommended .
