E2E Core-PLM Transformation Lead

Mars is seeking a senior Core-PLM leader to map and drive end-to-end product lifecycle processes across R&D, formulation, packaging and labeling. You will design and deploy signature elements, align with global teams, and manage changes to realize ESG value through Core-PLM initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional deployment leads to secure a smooth transition to the future state, embedding data and digital core connectivity to enable value delivery.
