E190 Training and Checking Captain - Based in Perth, Australia
Job Description
At Network Aviation, we’re proud of our West Australian heritage, operating over 300 weekly flights across WA and beyond, including Fly-in, Fly-out services, corporate charter, freight, and Qantas airline services. We are entering a significant growth phase with the introduction of the Embraer E190 into our fleet and are looking for experienced E190 pilots for Training and Checking roles such as Training Captain, Check Captain, and Simulator Instructor. These positions are 2‑year fixed term opportunities based in Perth, Australia, with sponsorship and relocation available.
- Play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality training and checking.
To Be Considered, You’ll Have
- ERJ170/190 type rating and command experience on type.
- Minimum 4,000 hours total flying experience.
- Previous experience in training or checking on multi‑crew transport category jet aircraft.
- ATPL (A) licence issued by the NAA of an ICAO contracting state.
- Ability to obtain an Australian Certificate of Validation and/or Australian ATPL (A) licence.
- Hold a current aviation medical certificate of the relevant class or meet Australian Class 1 medical requirements.
- Current instrument rating proficiency check.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 (Level 6 preferred).
- Ability to pass a Qantas pre‑employment medical and drug/alcohol test.
- Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
- Current passport with unrestricted access to all Qantas ports of call and at least 12 months validity.
