Job duties

As a SAP Ariba Functional/Technical-Functional Consultant , you will work with our key account clients on digital transformation projects for procurement.

In this role, you will be required to:

• Gather and analyze business needs from the Purchasing, Business and IT departments;
• Facilitating workshops on framing, design and Fit-Gap;
• Write the functional and/or technical-functional specifications;
• Configure SAP Ariba solutions and contribute to their integration into the client ecosystem;
• Supporting the testing, user acceptance testing and deployment phases;
• Train end users and provide post-deployment support;
• Participate in managing change and adopting solutions;
• Contribute to technology monitoring, project feedback and internal knowledge sharing.

You have proven experience in consulting, project management assistance or integration of digital purchasing solutions, ideally around SAP Ariba .

These include:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience on S2C, P2P, eProcurement or procurement digitalization projects;
• A good knowledge of SAP Ariba, particularly on one or more modules: SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Invoicing, Guided Buying or Business Network;
• A good understanding of purchasing processes and associated business challenges;
• An ability to link functional needs, technical constraints and user expectations;
• A good ability to write project deliverables: specifications, test materials, user guides, training materials;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical mind, rigor and a sense of customer service.

An SAP Ariba certification or experience integrating with SAP ECC / S/4HANA would be a real plus.
