We're building the future of furniture commerce.

Design pieces — new, vintage and second‑hand — sold direct, with taste and without the friction. Two storefronts, one ambition: turn great products and real demand into a smooth, high-converting shopping experience.

In 2026 we're scaling our e-commerce engine across enky.com (B2C & B2B) and Galerie Paradis (B2C).

Our ambition: an on‑site experience that converts traffic into predictable revenue .

This is where you come in.

You own the growth levers of the shopping experience across both sites — the customer journey, the trade plan, and the traffic that feeds them .

It's a build‑and‑optimise role focused on conversion and shipping.

You optimise the journey relentlessly — every page, every funnel, every A/B test

You bring in traffic that converts — SEA, SMA and SEO working with the on‑site experience

You run a trade plan that creates demand and momentum across the year

Your success = conversion + revenue + a customer journey that keeps getting better .

What You'll Actually Do

Optimise UX & the customer journey

Own the end‑to‑end journey across both sites — from landing to product page to checkout

Optimise every step: PDP, search, navigation, cart, checkout and mobile

Run a continuous CRO programme — hypotheses, A/B tests, GA4 analysis, decisions

Hunt down friction and lift conversion rate and AOV

Build & run the trade plan

Build the trade plan with Marketing — key commercial periods, promotional mechanics, editorial & merchandising calendar

Set up collections, launches and on‑site highlights that create demand

Debrief performance operation by operation, and iterate

Drive traffic acquisition

Lead SEA , coordinate SMA with Marketing, and feed SEO needs into the roadmap

Align acquisition with on‑site conversion — the right traffic landing on the right pages

Optimise landing pages and the campaign‑to‑conversion path

Ship & keep the foundations solid

Lead the e‑commerce roadmap and backlog — write specs & user stories, and ship with the Tech team

Keep the catalogue sharp in collaboration with the Product team — complete, accurate, consistent (Odoo Shopify)

Keep customers close — manage ticketing (Gorgias) and coordinate with Logistics & Product for smooth delivery

Beyond shipping

Spot the patterns — in the data, in customer feedback, in what converts and what doesn't

Help sharpen merchandising playbooks, pricing display and conversion strategy

What Success Looks Like

Fully ramped on the stack (Shopify, Odoo, Klaviyo, Gorgias, GA4)

A live CRO programme — backlog owned, first A/B tests running, first wins shipped

Measurable conversion and AOV gains across both sites

Acquisition and on‑site experience working as one funnel

Trade plan running smoothly with Marketing; catalogue quality under control

You're a hands‑on e‑commerce builder and optimiser.

3+ years in e‑merchandising, CRO / UX optimisation, e‑commerce Product Ownership and/or catalogue management (D2C or retail a plus)

A track record of lifting conversion through experience optimisation and A/B testing

Solid grip on trade planning and traffic acquisition (SEA, with SMA & SEO awareness)

Fluent with Shopify ; comfortable with Klaviyo, Gorgias, GA4 and Odoo

Analytics‑led decisions are in your DNA

Fluent in both French and English — most of our vendors, refurbishers and service providers in the second‑hand furniture vertical operate exclusively in French, so day‑to‑day coordination with them requires full working fluency; English is equally essential for collaborating with our international team and stakeholders

You thrive in

Fast‑moving, high‑expectation launch environments

Continuous optimisation — test, learn, repeat

Clear targets and measurable performance

You also bring

A sharp eye for on‑site experience and detail

The ability to move a roadmap with Tech, Product and Marketing

Strong organisation and backlog discipline
