About the role
Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, you lead the e-commerce marketing strategy for our brands across France and the United Kingdom.
At the intersection of marketing, commercial, and digital, you are the marketing lead within the team: you set the standards, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure flawless execution across all online touchpoints.
You work closely with marketing and commercial teams, retail partners, and agencies.
Define the e-commerce shopper strategy and digital presence standards for our brands across retailer platforms (France & UK)
Bring the e-commerce dimension into every step of the CPP (Commercial Planning Process) to guide commercial teams
Lead retailer meetings on e-merchandising and provide recommendations to improve brand visibility and category standards
Drive digital shelf performance (content score, search ranking, conversion) with commercial teams
Monitor the competitive landscape on e-retailer platforms (content, search, pricing, share of voice)
Retail Media & campaigns
Define the e-RM investment strategy for France & UK and manage budget allocation
Activate media levers in collaboration with agencies and brand teams (display, search, promogaming , couponing)
Initiate test & learn programmes on digital media and formalise learnings
Build performance reports and identify actionable insights
