YOUR IMPACT

As part of our ongoing talent pipeline development and in anticipation of future mobility opportunities, we are exploring profiles for the position of E‑Commerce Manager Europe.

Within the Europe digital team, the E‑Commerce Manager is responsible for the e‑commerce activity for Europe, a key region for the Maison. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational execution of Dior.com, overseeing content and animations, identifying new business opportunities through additional features and local relevancy, and working hand in hand with key business partners in Traffic Acquisition, CRM or Marketing. The team directly manages Salesforce for 24 European markets (7 local storefronts + 17 cross‑border sites).

Reporting to the Europe Omnichannel Director, the holder of this position will lead a team of 5 including 3 permanent Project Managers, 1 Intern, and 1 Consultant.

Job responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Business Development

  • Define and establish e‑commerce targets, collaborating closely with Central, Regional & Local teams to align on strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for market expansion, including the launch of new storefronts and cross‑border initiatives.

Website animation and end‑to‑end customer experience

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Central teams on animation & launches topics, providing critical market insights and data‑driven recommendations.
  • Oversee operational e‑marketing activities, including determining and implementing promotional plans, adapting e‑merchandising, and managing product forecasts (one‑shot, exclusivity, AOG), ensuring optimal offers and customer generosity.
  • Ensure the implementation of the animation plan based on product launches and commercial launches, across all European markets, always keeping in mind marketing and business priorities and leveraging market insights and data.
  • Supervise the team's focus on operational excellence, particularly in areas such as transport, packing, and customer service, aiming to reduce customer service cases.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Innovation

  • Supervise the team's efforts in managing site improvements, including business modelisation, proposing new features, and driving the evolution and streamlining of the website's customer journey through collaboration with central teams and product owners.
  • Represent & ensure seamless project execution in e‑commerce expansion, advocating for the markets.
  • Push customer journey optimisation through the integration of CRM & Client service problematics in the e‑commerce roadmap.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of Dior.com as well as its deployed services and products, providing regular updates on project progress and identifying areas for innovation, best practices, and optimisation of formats and tools.
  • Management of transversal and omni projects at EU level: Omniservices, Gift card, OMS, etc.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team of 5 talents, including 3 permanent Project Managers, 1 Intern, and 1 Consultant, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including CRM and customer service teams, to understand their needs and integrate them into the e‑commerce roadmap, particularly for service highlighting and customer journey optimisation.
  • Exchange with markets to understand their business environments and key priorities to maximise business performance.

Profile

  • EDUCATION
    • Master’s degree from a business school or in digital project management.
  • EXPERIENCE
    • Minimum of 8 years of proven professional experience managing e‑commerce websites and web projects, ideally with an international scope.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing teams (5+ people) and coordinating with diverse market stakeholders (10+ markets).
  • SKILLS
    • Strategic Acumen: Ability to define and execute complex e‑commerce strategies, establish targets, and build comprehensive roadmaps.
    • Leadership & Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing a team, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
    • Business & Commercial Drive: Highly business‑driven and proactive, with a keen understanding of commercial priorities and a focus on achieving results.
    • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
    • Analytical & Data‑Driven: Proficient in analysing e‑commerce performance data, identifying trends, and making data‑backed decisions. Master of reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with concepts such as ERP, CMS, PSP, WMS, Salesforce, and SAP, with an understanding of global website architecture.
    • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with central, regional, and local teams, as well as finance and marketing stakeholders.
    • Organisational & Rigorous: Rigorous and autonomous with a strong aptitude for organisation and coordination in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Language: Perfect command of English, both written and spoken. French is a plus.
