Husbands is an independent French menswear house based in Paris, blending Ready to Wear and Made to Order craftsmanship. Since 2012, the brand has grown steadily while staying profitable, selective and free in its decisions. As we open a new Paris flagship and expand internationally, the Studio is strengthening its team.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, the E-Commerce Manager contributes to the daily performance of husbands-paris.com and helps adapt the offer and experience to each market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Site Management : Own the day to day site: product offer, page updates, product sheet consistency, image quality, pricing and stock accuracy, ensuring smooth navigation and an error free digital store.
  • Commercial Execution : Execute the commercial calendar set by Marketing: launches, restocks, campaigns, priorities.
  • UX & Performance : Track conversion, return rate and key page performance; propose UX/UI improvements based on data and field feedback.
  • KPI Reporting : Monitor core e‑commerce KPIs: revenue, traffic, conversion, SEO, AOV, LTV, CAC, and prepare clear, actionable reports for the Head of E‑Commerce.
  • Agency Coordination : Coordinate the digital agency: writing precise briefs, following up on developments, reviewing deliverables.
  • SEO & Process : Contribute to SEO strategy (content, structure, internal linking, technical performance) and to building rigorous operational processes (go live checklists, QA protocols).
  • Cross team Collaboration : Work closely with the Studio and Marketing on shoot planning, PIM rollout, and product page quality.

Profile

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • E-commerce Background : 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally fashion, luxury or lifestyle.
  • Tools Proficiency : Good working knowledge of Shopify, PIM, and analytics tools.
  • Attention to Detail : Rigorous, detail oriented, comfortable managing several projects in parallel.
  • Data Fluency : Strong grasp of e-commerce data and performance indicators.
  • Language Fluency : Fluent English, written and spoken, in an international context.
  • Communication : Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and an external agency.
  • Adaptability : Autonomous, proactive, with a genuine taste for work well done.

CDI, full time. Paris. Starting September/October 2026.
