Dynamics Consultant

Location: Paris (City Center) – On-site / Hybrid

DCG IT LTD is looking for an experienced D365 ERP Business Analyst (AMOA) to join a global ERP program within the luxury fashion sector. This mission focuses on mapping processes, conducting gap analyses, and preparing governance and testing frameworks for regional go-lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Process Mapping: Map and document end-to-end business processes, focusing heavily on the Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Sales streams.
• Gap Analysis & Backlog: Perform functional gap analysis and handle backlog management.
• Testing & Governance: Coordinate and follow up on UAT and SIT test phases; support strategic and operational program governance.
• Cutover Planning: Prepare and coordinate complex cutover plans in anticipation of multiple regional go-lives.
• Workshop Facilitation: Lead and facilitate functional workshops with various international stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 to 10 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or Business Analyst (AMOA).
• Strong, practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP, specifically within Order-to-Cash / Sales processes.
• Proven track record within large-scale ERP program deployments.
• Experience within the Luxury, Fashion, or Retail industry sector is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; professional French is highly beneficial for the local environment.
• Must be based in or able to commute easily to central Paris.
