Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultants (1 Senior, 1 Junior)

Overview

• We are seeking two (2) permanent Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Consultants to join our growing team in Paris immediately.
• This recruitment drive is for one Senior Consultant and one Junior Consultant to drive successful implementations, upgrades, and support for our evolving enterprise ecosystem.
• Due to the nature of our projects and strict security requirements, French citizenship is mandatory for both positions.

Senior Dynamics 365 BC Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead end-to-end implementations, architect solutions, and mentor junior team members.

• Solution Architecture: Lead the design, configuration, and customization of D365 Business Central solutions to meet complex business needs.
• Project Leadership: Act as the functional lead on full-lifecycle implementations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Stakeholder Management: Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and manage relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance, code/configuration reviews, and support to the Junior Consultant.

Junior Dynamics 365 BC Consultant

As a Junior Consultant, you will support ongoing projects while rapidly developing your functional and technical skills under senior guidance.

• Support & Configuration: Assist with standard configuration, testing, and data migration within D365 BC.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate functional design documents, user guides, and training materials.
• Troubleshooting: Provide first-line functional support to end-users and assist in resolving system glitches.
• Continuous Learning: Actively shadow the Senior Consultant to master advanced BC modules and development practices.

Working Location & Flexibility

• Initial Phase: Both roles are 100% full-time onsite in Paris to facilitate rapid onboarding, team integration, and immediate project deployment.
• Future Phase: A transition to a hybrid working model (split between the Paris office and remote work) will be introduced once onboarding is successfully completed and project milestones are met.
