Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

Position Overview

As an IT Applications Solution Architect, you will design and integrate enterprise IT solutions with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and Azure ecosystem. Operating in an industrial environment with strict cybersecurity requirements, you will ensure seamless integration between ERP platforms and mission‑critical manufacturing applications, while guaranteeing performance, compliance, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and industry‑specific regulations.
• Deliver and maintain architectural documentation (HLD, LLD).
• Ensure seamless integration of applications with stringent industrial cybersecurity standards.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of D365, integrated systems, and Azure environments (including troubleshooting, identifying bottlenecks, and mitigating vulnerabilities).

Microsoft Expertise

• Design integration of D365 within our application portfolio (CRM, HRMS, legacy applications, industrial software, and third‑party systems) to meet business requirements.
• Lead implementations, migrations, and upgrades of D365.
• Leverage Azure as the preferred platform for hosting, security, and integration. Enhance usage of Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure services.

ERP focuses

• Drive process optimization and business value through ERP capabilities using security‑by‑design principles.
• Integrate ERP solutions with specialized industrial systems (MES, PLM, WMS, production software).
• Design and implement integration patterns (APIs, middleware, microservices, EDI).
• Ensure efficient and secure data flow between ERP and manufacturing systems.

Collaboration and Preferred Skills

• Provide technical leadership and enforce best practices across teams.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Act as a cross‑functional technical leader.
• Provide guidance, expertise, and challenge on application landscape to partners and integrators.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF, or cybersecurity (CISSP, ISO 27001).
• Experience with Agile/DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Power Platform / Power BI.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production industries (with high security requirements if possible).
