DUAL SITE STORE MANAGER – DEPARTMENT STORES PARIS

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead luxury retail corners and drive its overall performance. As the face of the brand, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, achieving commercial objectives, developing a high-performing team and ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the overall commercial performance of the corners by achieving sales targets and KPIs, analysing business performance and implementing action plans to maximise sales and productivity.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by driving clienteling and CRM initiatives, developing a loyal local and international client base, and ensuring a consistent and elevated selling ceremony.
• Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team through daily briefings, coaching, performance management and regular feedback, while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Manage all key people processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training and staff scheduling, ensuring the team is effectively structured to meet business needs and commercial objectives.
• Ensure operational excellence by overseeing daily store operations, stock management, cash procedures, visual merchandising, loss prevention and compliance with company policies, health and safety standards.

PROFILE

• Proven management experience as a Store Manager, Boutique Manager or Senior Manager within luxury, premium retail, beauty, fashion or lifestyle, with a strong track record of driving sales performance and achieving ambitious commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and business acumen, with the ability to analyse retail KPIs, implement effective action plans and lead, coach and develop a high-performing team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Client-focused and hands‑on leadership style, with strong clienteling and CRM expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for luxury retail and delivering an exceptional client experience. Fluency in English is essential; an additional language would be an advantage.

• Basic annual salary up to €60k, depending on experience
