Overview

RSM Drain Solutions is looking for an experienced Drainage Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. The company specialises in complete drainage services nationwide, delivering services to both private and public sector customers, covering a variety of drainage services and surveying. The main purpose of this role is to cover and deliver all RSM’s core PPM service offerings to clients while working closely alongside the wider RSM drainage division and company directors to identify and deliver other service offerings and increase business deliverables, while maintaining and developing RSM’s high service delivery standards.

Role & Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge, And Experience

• Good understanding of drainage systems and containment systems
• Experience in using CCTV survey equipment and electronic design tools
• Experience in drain repair and remedial works
• Willingness to deliver multiple services across a large number of different sites and clients
• Experience working alongside vac-tankers
• Water jetting experience / training certificates (advantageous)
• Confined space certificates and experience (advantageous)
• Willingness to work solo across the U.K or in a team

Pay and Perks

• Salary £28,000 – £36,000 (plus overtime, vehicle and company profit share)
• Competitive salary for 40 hours per week core hours included in RSM quarterly profit share
• Overtime paid separately for hours worked over 40 and evenings / weekends
