• Program for bringing the group into compliance with DORA regulations Drafting key deliverables related to regulations Monitoring the progress of program projects: ensuring alignment between project deliverables and associated compliance objectives Facilitating workshops and providing regulatory expertise Reviewing the program trajectory: analyzing new regulatory publications (ITS/RTS) and identifying their impact on the program Providing support within the Compliance Officer's scope of activity Regulatory monitoring and impact analysis of new legislation (Cyber Resilience Act, AI Act, Cybersecurity Act, NIS 2, etc.) Updating dashboards and compliance reporting Participating in activities to raise awareness of regulatory issues (preparing materials, facilitating workshops, etc.) Managing and reporting on expert tasks for various projects Establishing management routines to produce clear reporting: status, current status, alerts, risks, expected decisions, and areas requiring attention Ensuring the traceability of decisions Actions, Risks, and Trade-offs Ensure task prioritization, secure the schedule, and anticipate risks to guarantee milestone achievement Provide regular reporting and escalate alerts (risks, dependencies, trade-offs) to Project Management

• Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity with experience in regulatory compliance for banks/insurance companies (e.g., NIS/LPM, DORA) combined with strong project management skills. Knowledge of DORA – Third-Party Risk Management Sufficient grasp of IT fundamentals to understand IT and cybersecurity incidents.

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, 27002, 27005, and NIST standards Knowledge of NIS, DORA, and Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) regulations
