About The Role

We're looking for Document Review Specialists to read, annotate, and classify documents that teach AI systems how to interpret structured and unstructured text.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong reading comprehension and a systematic approach to work. No legal background, document management experience, or prior AI knowledge required — just a sharp mind and a commitment to accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Read and annotate a diverse range of documents — including articles, reports, contracts, and forms — to help AI systems understand real-world text.
• Classify document sections, identify key information, and label important data points.
• Extract and tag critical entities, dates, relationships, and concepts from text.
• Follow structured annotation guidelines with precision and consistency.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy across large document sets.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Who You Are

• Strong reading comprehension and ability to process diverse document types.
• Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach.
• Comfortable following structured guidelines and applying them consistently at scale.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No legal, paralegal, or document management experience required.

Nice to Have

• Background in research, editing, data entry, or quality assurance.
• Experience working with structured data or annotation tools.
• Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows as an end user.
