PhD Thesis Topic (3 years) within the ANR HYDROCAPS Project
This thesis focuses on the study of electrohydrodynamic (EHD) phenomena induced by a cold plasma jet in contact with water surfaces. The research also includes the chemical analysis of the species produced and their mutual interactions with the EHD fluid. The ultimate goal of this work is to deepen our fundamental understanding of plasma-water interactions in order to optimize their applications in the fields of depollution, agriculture, and medicine.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Expertise in atmospheric-pressure cold plasmas
- Knowledge of plasma jets
- Proficiency in French and English
- Experience in scientific research
- Familiarity with electrical and optical diagnostics applied to cold plasmas
Additional Appreciated Skills:
- Experience in interfacing data acquisition systems and data processing
Application Process:
To apply, please submit:
Documents should preferably be written in French.
