DO-254 Project Manager, Development

• Lead industrial projects in coordination with technical teams and the end customer
• Manage and monitor requirements throughout the development lifecycle
• Ensure development activities comply with the DO-254 DAL-C standard
• Support teams in interpreting and applying the DO-254 standard
• Contribute to developing team expertise in DO-254-related processes and best practices
• Coordinate activities with subject-matter experts
• Monitor development and assurance activities associated with DAL-C
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives
• Maintain regular communication in French and English, both internally and with the end customer
• Contribute to resolving technical issues and tracking related actions
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety rules applicable to the activities

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in electronics, electrical engineering, embedded systems, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Experience managing industrial projects in an aerospace environment
• Strong knowledge of development processes and requirements management
• Significant experience with the DO-254 standard, ideally at DAL-C level
• Ability to support technical teams and develop their expertise in applying DO-254
• Strong coordination skills when working with technical stakeholders and customers
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Minimum B0 electrical authorization
• Thoroughness, autonomy, analytical skills, and strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in teams and in a multi-stakeholder environment
