Vos activités principales

• Expert SIC and technical advisor for digital transformation of the DNRT, within the innovation pole of the digital transformation division.
• Share expertise, provide solutions to agents, pilot digital projects, and participate in designing the digital transformation plan of the direction.
• Define and implement tools and means to maintain and optimize performance of information systems and networks across various technical and functional domains of the DNRT.
• Participate in specialized studies for prototyping solutions aligned with métier expectations; develop general or specific technical prescriptions (procedures, recommendations, preconisations, standards).
• Perform technological surveillance on standards, technologies, tools, and monitor market offers.
• Provide assistance and consulting to the division chief, project or operational teams.
• Investigate technical issues reported by development or operations teams through audits (performance, security, obsolescence).
• Serve as interlocutor with external partners and experts of DNRT.

La direction nationale du renseignement territorial (DNRT) est le service de renseignement de la direction générale de la police nationale (DGPN), au sein du ministère de l'Intérieur.

Elle est chargée, sur l’ensemble du territoire, d’exploiter les renseignements concernant tous les domaines de la vie institutionnelle, économique et sociale afin d'apporter un éclairage aux autorités et pouvoirs publics sur ces sujets.

Conditions particulières d'exercice

• Poste soumis à habilitation au secret de la défense nationale.
• Régime horaire 40H30 - 29 jours ARTT.
• Durée attendue sur le poste: 3 ans.

Profil recherché

• Evolution vers des missions d’architecte des systèmes d’information, urbaniste d’entreprise au sein de la communauté du renseignement.
• Évolution interne au sein de la division de la transformation numérique.
