Diversity & Inclusion Project Assistant - Apprenticeship (1-year) September 2026 (W/M/NB)

Overview

Ubisoft is seeking a Project Manager Assistant within the Group Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility team at the global headquarters. The DIA team coordinates cross-functional initiatives related to diversity, inclusion, accessibility, employee engagement, internal communications, and broader inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and follow-up of cross-functional projects related to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (project tracking, timelines, deliverables)
• Prepare internal materials: presentations, reports, workshop content
• Monitor topics related to diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and the entertainment/tech industries
• Coordinate Employee Resource Group (ERG) and Social Impact projects, track initiatives, develop supporting resources
• Contribute to internal communications content for various channels and audiences

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a degree in project management, communications, social impact, media, or cultural industries with initial professional experience; or a student in a video game school specializing in project management or communications
• Fluent or bilingual in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Miro, and project management toolkits
• Strong analytical mindset and methodological rigor
• Strong interest in entertainment and video game industries; gamer background a plus
• Interest in intercultural issues and diversity in media; willingness to learn
• Independent and self-motivated problem solver
