District Corrections Leader — Operations & Compliance

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a full-time candidate in Nouvelle-Calédonie to oversee daily operations and manage staff. The role includes administering personnel policies and providing leadership to ensure compliance within the community supervision framework.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and significant experience in corrections, preferably with at least four years in a probation/parole role and two years in a supervisory capacity.

Salary range is $57,983.00 - $101,470.00.
