  • Contract type: CDD (fixed‑term) – 1 year
  • Location: Issy‑les‑Moulineaux (Hauts‑de‑Seine, 92), France
  • Start date: July 2026
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in finance, ideally in matrixed and international organisations

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate forecasts of organic growth, real internal growth (RIG) and price effect on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for Direct sales.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the budget, Dynamic Forecast and medium‑term business plan, analysing and challenging the profit and loss lines of different functions to ensure the profitability of the monitored area.
  • Support the Direct Sales team on financial matters, promoting financial culture within the various sales zones.
  • Ensure adequate analysis of actuals and forecasts by building and analysing markets and product‑level P&L to identify risks and opportunities and assist the organisation in developing associated action plans.
  • Manage fixed product marketing costs for the direct export channel.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of product innovations and range extensions.
  • Act as an ambassador of Nestlé’s directives and compliance within the organisation.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in finance within matrixed and international organisations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working within cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and work under pressure.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills.
  • Experience using tools such as Excel and SAP; proficiency in Power BI and Oracle SmartView is an asset.
  • Solid experience in controlling, ideally as a Sales Controller or Business Controller.
  • Managerial experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong financial rigor.
  • Excellent communication skills and agility demonstrated in a dynamic environment.
  • Mastery of English and French is mandatory.
