Director, Valuations (Corporate Finance)

Pleased to work with a superb Deal Advisory team in Luxembourg who are seeking a Director of Valuations for their busy Valuations practice.

As a Director within their dynamic Deal Advisory team, you will focus on a wide range of valuation, M&A and other corporate advisory projects, along with assisting with business development opportunities, ensuring these are carried out to a very high standard.

Leading a team of Advisers and Managers and reporting to the partners to deliver successful projects, you will ensure high quality deliverables and analysis, adding real value to clients.

This role will involve exposure to a broad array of sectors and geographies, leveraging the firm's pan-European Deal Advisory network.

Role:

• Lead work streams on a broad array of M&A, valuation, and other corporate advisory projects
• Take responsibility for the preparation of detailed financial modelling, financial analysis, and the application of a variety of valuation methodologies
• Take responsibility for the preparation of clear client reports, information memoranda and other deliverables
• Guide and coach junior team members
• Identify new business opportunities and pitch to clients, including the preparation and presentation of proposals
• Network, build and maintain relationships with clients and the firm’s international network

Candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or Investment Banking
• Bachelor or Master’s in Finance, Business or a related discipline
• Possess advanced valuation and financial modelling skills, along with excellent report writing skills
• Possess strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead teams to produce outstanding results for the firm’s clients
• Display business acumen/commercial awareness, with the ability to identify business development opportunities
• Fluent in English; preferably with fluency in French and/or German
