Director Social Media Sampling Solutions - Business owner F/M - F/H

To support our global growth strategy, Bilendi , a leading international provider of technology, data, and AI solutions for market research, is looking for a Director Social Media Sampling Solutions (Business Owner) F/M .

In this strategic role based in Paris, you will hold global ownership over Bilendi's Niche Solutions portfolio (including Niche Sampling and Niche Country). These innovative solutions leverage social media and advanced targeting capabilities to connect clients with highly specific or hard-to-reach audiences worldwide.

Reporting directly to the Group Product Innovation Director, you will act as the global business owner. Your mission is to define the strategy, drive global revenue growth, identify new market opportunities, and align cross‑functional international teams to accelerate the adoption of these solutions.

Your role will span across four main strategic pillars:

• Business Ownership & Growth: Define and execute the global growth strategy and commercial roadmap. Own the business performance, revenue targets, and P&L indicators for this line of business.
• Commercial & Go-to-Market Leadership: Drive global sales by actively supporting local sales teams in France and internationally. Leverage a strong existing client portfolio (specifically brands and advertisers) to generate immediate opportunities, and build sales enablement programs.
• Market Intelligence & Innovation: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and audience acquisition innovations. Act as the voice of the market within the organization to expand and enhance the portfolio.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Operations, Acquisition, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful, scalable delivery. Align international stakeholders and report on business performance to senior leadership.

Profile Sought

Experience & Background:

• 5+ years of experience in market research, sampling, digital advertising, audience targeting, or data solutions.
• Proven track record in international business development and commercial leadership roles.
• Experience managing or owning a product line, business unit, or strategic offering is highly desirable.
• Experience within agile, top-tier pure-players specializing in social-media-based insights or next‑gen research tech is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies and respondent acquisition channels.

Skills:

• Strong commercial, entrepreneurial, and strategic mindset paired with robust execution capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
