Your Impact
Extensive understanding of dealer structures in the agricultural machinery sector, including deep knowledge of dealer operations, commercial drivers, and the requirements of the dealer network to achieve brand, market share, and full‑line profitability targets.
Proven ability to strategically and tactically develop a brand within assigned markets, ensuring the achievement of volume, conversion, discount, and gross profit objectives while deriving and implementing market‑specific sales and marketing initiatives.
Strong competencies in dealer management, including commercial governance, annual planning, joint business planning with distribution partners, and the negotiation of dealer agreements to secure sustainable and profitable partnerships.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams, including goal setting, performance management, motivation, and establishing effective structures to ensure efficient and target‑oriented execution.
Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Distribution Management, Aftersales, AGCO Finance, and other corporate functions, combined with responsibility for the seamless implementation and application of the AGCO‑wide CRM system.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Extensive experience with agricultural machinery dealers, including a deep understanding of dealer operations, commercial drivers, and the ability to guide dealer networks toward brand, market share, and full‑line profitability targets.
Proven capability to strategically and tactically develop a brand in assigned markets, ensuring achievement of volume, conversion, discount, and gross profit goals while deriving and implementing market‑specific sales and marketing initiatives.
Strong dealer management skills, including commercial governance, annual and joint business planning with distribution partners, and the negotiation of dealer agreements to secure sustainable and profitable long‑term partnerships.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams, including target setting, performance management, motivation, and establishing effective structures for efficient and goal‑oriented execution.
University degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Sales & Marketing, or a comparable field; fluency in English and French is required.

This role follows AGCO’s on‑site work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location a minimum of 4 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork.
