Main Mission

Define and lead the global Retail Operations & Tools strategy to ensure:

  • Consistent operational excellence across the entire retail network
  • A seamless and premium customer experience
  • Optimized business performance through efficient processes and tools

Business Impact & Key Challenges

  • Directly contributes to the Maison’s Retail Excellence and Compliance priorities
  • Enhances store operational efficiency and execution quality
  • Ensures consistency and control across an international retail network
  • Strengthens collaboration between Headquarters and regional teams
  • Accelerates the transformation and modernization of retail practices
  • Define the vision and roadmap for global retail operations
  • Develop and maintain operational standards and guidelines across the network
  • Ensure consistency of practices across subsidiaries and regions

Retail Tools & Systems

  • Oversee POS, OMS, payment solutions, inventory management and clienteling tools
  • Define development priorities in collaboration with IT and business teams
  • Ensure data quality, traceability and compliance

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor network performance through relevant KPIs
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across stores

Coordination & Governance

  • Act as the key interface between Headquarters and subsidiaries on all retail operational matters
  • Align Retail, Merchandising, Finance, IT, Digital and Omnichannel stakeholders
  • Establish governance frameworks, steering committees and decision‑making processes
  • Lead retail digitalization initiatives, mobility solutions and next‑generation POS tools
  • Structure change management and training programs
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance the in‑store experience

Leadership & Team Management

  • Manage the central team covering operations, tools, projects and support
  • Lead an international network of retail operations stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement

Profile

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree or equivalent (Business School, Engineering School or similar)
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in Retail Operations, Retail Excellence or Consulting with strong retail exposure
  • Proven experience managing complex cross‑functional programs, ideally in an international environment
  • Experience in omnichannel retail environments, preferably within the fashion and luxury industries

Key Skills

  • Strong expertise in retail processes and operational excellence
  • Solid understanding of retail systems (POS, OMS, Clienteling and Inventory Management solutions), ideally including Cegid
  • Ability to lead international teams and organize operational support activities
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills without direct reporting lines
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proven track record in managing complex international projects
  • Results‑oriented mindset with a strong data‑driven approach
  • Advanced leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and good knowledge of Power BI
