About the Role
A&M’s PEPI practice in Paris seeks a Director with a strong track record in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD). The role requires extensive experience managing CDD projects, blending commercial skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a robust professional network. The Director will collaborate with Corporate Transformation, Transaction Advisory & Valuations practices, leveraging a broad range of resources across sectors and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Commercial Due Diligence projects, ensuring superior results and client satisfaction
- Develop insights and innovative solutions for complex client challenges
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding A&M’s profile in the CDD market
- Contribute to the development of service methodologies and thought leadership within the firm
- Build and foster strong client relationships
- Support recruitment, team development, and motivation, contributing to a collaborative and high‑performance culture
Experience and Skills
- Extensive experience leading Commercial Due Diligence projects and growth strategy engagements
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high‑quality results, particularly within the Private Equity environment
- Strong commercial acumen and problem‑solving skills
- Solid professional network and reputation for delivering value and innovation
