Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paris for a Director of Sales – Europe. The Director of Sales will oversee regional sales strategy and execution, develop partnerships, drive revenue growth, and manage sales operations. They will lead a high-performing sales team, foster business development opportunities, and ensure excellence in customer service to support Baliston Health’s mission and objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven ability to drive revenue and achieve targets.
- Strong expertise in Customer Service and building long-term client relationships.
- Leadership skills in Team Management, including training, mentoring, and motivating sales teams.
- Proficiency in Business Development and identifying new market opportunities across European regions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of healthcare industry trends and technology is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Paris and travel across Europe as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
