Director of R&I Engineering – Aerospace Strategy

Leach International Europe seeks a Director of Engineering – R&I to define the technology roadmap and drive ideas to industrialization in aerospace and defense sectors.

You will collaborate with R&D and business leadership to shape portfolios, oversee budgets, and ensure readiness across materials, propulsion, software, and digital threads.

Fluency in English and French, an advanced engineering degree, and 10+ years of leadership in R&I are required.
