Director of Property & Technical Operations

An international group is preparing to launch an ambitious public-facing venue in Paris. We are seeking a senior leader to build its Property & Facilities function and ensure technical readiness.

Your role

• Recruit the team and appoint specialist providers.
• Oversee building systems, maintenance, safety and compliance.
• Manage landlord relationships and negotiate service contracts.
• Lead technical projects, CAPEX and operating budgets.

Your profile

An experienced Property & Facilities leader with a track record in complex, public-facing buildings. Hands-on, commercially astute and diplomatic, you combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder management.

Fluent French and English required.
