Lead the operational backbone of a growing group of exceptional Paris residences — an independent engagement of approximately two days a week to start, with real scope to grow as we scale.
Fractional France is a growing business built around high-quality, privately held residential properties in France. Our work centres on property standards, maintenance, building coordination, systems and the administration that keeps everything running well — within the applicable ownership and governance structures. We’re active across several Paris properties today, with more under development and plans to expand selectively across France.
We’re looking for a senior operations leader to help turn a founder-led operation into a scalable, well-documented operating framework — and to grow with it.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
This isn’t a maintenance position. You’ll build the standards, controls and operating rhythm that let a portfolio of exceptional properties scale while holding consistent quality and clear accountability throughout.
It’s an independent engagement — approximately two days a week to begin with, by design — with genuine autonomy and room to expand substantially, by mutual agreement, as the France-based organisation develops. As the operating structure matures, the role is expected to grow beyond portfolio oversight into broader coordination of Fractional France’s France-based operating and administrative activities.
It’s an unusual opportunity for an accomplished operator who wants real responsibility and the chance to shape the next phase of a growing business without a full-time commitment from day one.
You’ll work directly with the Founders and provide senior operational oversight to our Property Operations Manager.
WHAT YOU’LL LEAD
• Portfolio operating standards, priorities and management rhythm
• Annual budgets, cost controls and clear reporting to the Founders
• Coordination and oversight of major vendors, contractors and approved capital projects, within delegated authority
• Coordination of building, syndic and copropriété relationships across the portfolio, within the applicable governance framework
• Portfolio-wide operational standards and the resolution of sensitive or escalated property matters
• The development of the Property Operations Manager
• The operational setup and integration of new properties as the portfolio grows
• Support for sourcing and evaluating new properties for potential fractional conversion — from viewings and on-site assessment through to follow-through
All responsibilities are exercised within written, entity-specific authority. Material commitments and matters reserved to a property-owning or governance entity, or to a regulated professional, remain subject to the appropriate approval.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• Seven or more years in luxury residential property operations, private residences, luxury hospitality or comparable multi-site operations
• A track record leading operations across multiple properties or locations, and developing a team
• Confidence with budgets, vendors, contracts and significant renovation or capital projects
• Strong familiarity with Paris residential buildings and syndic or copropriété relationships
• A strong practical grasp of French business administration, and confidence coordinating with accountants, lawyers, tax advisers, insurers, banks and public administrations
• Professional fluency in French and English
• The judgement to know when to lead, delegate, intervene or escalate
• The ability to provide professional services in France through an appropriate independent structure
A bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent) in business, commerce, economics, law or a related discipline is a strong advantage. Familiarity with relevant French regulatory and administrative frameworks would be a strong advantage.
