Director of People & Culture - Luxury Hospitality

Orient Express, part of Accor, is seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead P&C across its luxury properties. You will design policies, drive transformation, partner with the executive team, and manage pre- and post-opening staffing.

You will oversee talent acquisition, L&D, and performance processes, ensure compliance, workforce planning, and budget management, with a focus on building a unified, high-performance culture across international locations.
