Director of HR Strategy & Transformation

UNESCO in Paris, France seeks a Director of the Bureau of Human Resources Management to lead and coordinate human resources services across the Organization, advising senior management on HR matters and ensuring a high-skilled, diverse workforce.

Reporting to the ADG/ADM and DG, the role requires strategic HR leadership, change management, and partnership with internal and external stakeholders, including UN bodies, in a global public sector context.
