Director of Hardware Design & Verification Engineering.

RequireTech Resources is seeking for one of its leading clients a Director of Hardware Design & Verification Engineering.

You will lead hardware design and verification activities for advanced System IP and SoC interconnect solutions.

You will drive architecture, RTL design, verification strategy, project execution, team development, and innovation regarding highly configurable, high-performance semiconductor IP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design and verification teams developing advanced SoC interconnect solutions
• Define architectures, design methodologies, and verification strategies for complex
• Oversee RTL development, UVM-based verification, regression testing, debugging, and the achievement of coverage goals
• Drive product roadmap execution, deliverable quality, performance, schedules, and
• Implement scalable design and verification flows, as well as automation tools, metrics, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Applications Engineering, customers, and senior leadership
• Recruit, mentor, manage, and develop managers and senior technical experts
• Foster innovation through patents, publications, research activities, and technology exploration

What You Bring

• 15+ years of experience in digital design and/or verification for SoC or IP products
• Proven experience managing teams of senior engineers and/or managers
• Deep expertise in RTL design and verification using Verilog/SystemVerilog and UVM
• Excellent command of SoC/IP flows, including architecture, RTL, verification, synthesis, timing, and power management
• Experience with EDA tools from Cadence, Synopsys, and/or Siemens
• Strong execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, and cross-functional leadership
• Fluency in French and English

Bonus Points

• Experience with Network-on-Chip (NoC) architectures, interconnect IP, or cachecoherent systems
• Experience with SystemC/TLM modeling or performance analysis
• Knowledge of architectures ARM or RISC-V CPU
• Experience managing international or distributed R&D teams
