Director of Global 24/7 Support

OneStock is seeking a Head of Support to lead the operations of their post-go-live client experience. The candidate will manage a team of approximately 12 support engineers and design a Follow-the-Sun support model to ensure seamless assistance across different time zones.

The ideal candidate will have experience in support team management, a strong understanding of technical ecosystems, and proficiency in English, with French as a strong plus. This position offers a dynamic role in a fast-growing tech company.
