Director of Finance

Kerry Robert Associates is recruiting for a Director of Finance to oversee a prestigious hotel located within central Paris. You will oversee the Finance team, working closely with the regional team and the hotel general manager. The Director of Finance will be responsible for commercially leading business opportunities and the reporting of all hotel financials monthly.

The ideal candidate needs to come a strong hotel background who understands general French accounting laws/taxation and reporting standards.

• You MUST have a hotel finance background (min 3 years)
• You carry previous experience coming from a Director of Finance/Financial Controller or Assistant FC background
• Accounting qualification (either qualified, part qualified or have worked for an accounting practice in the past)
• A natural leader who can motivate and lead small finance teams well
• Strong French accounting experience
• A fluent French speaker who also has a good level of English

Location: Paris (Central) – Onsite role

Salary package: circa 85k salary (euro’s) + excellent bonus & great company benefits (Including travel pass)

Basis: You must have the right to work within France on a full-time basis to be considered.
