Director of Engineering, R&I - Aerospace Innovation Leader

Leach International Europe is seeking a visionary Director of Engineering – R&I to architect our technology roadmap and accelerate breakthrough product concepts from idea to industrialization. You will partner with R&D and business leadership to translate strategy into executable portfolios and ensure seamless handoff to manufacturing.

You will lead a high‑performing, multidisciplinary team across materials, propulsion, software, and safety domains, driving value, risk management, and
