Director of Engineering, Large-Scale Manufacturing & Automation

Jabil is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead and optimize large-scale factory assembly processes, industrial engineering initiatives, and material flow strategies across our US growth operations. This role requires up to 75% travel domestically and will be based out of a US facility.

You will spearhead continuous improvement, mentor a team of engineers, and drive KPI-based performance across manufacturing and engineering functions.
