Director of Digital Customer Success

Veradigm is seeking a strategic Manager of Digital Customer Success to lead the digital CS program across the customer base. You will scale tech-enabled customer journeys, including in-app experiences and nurture programs, to drive adoption and lifetime value.

You will manage a team of four, collaborate across Product, Marketing, Data, and Sales, and shape health scoring and proactive outreach. This is a high-impact leadership role in a rapidly growing function.
