Director of Customer Excellence & Data-Driven Growth

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to build and scale the Customer Excellence function across its Food & Beverage brands in France. You will drive CRM, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional transformation with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams.

In this role you will design differentiated customer journeys, define metrics, and lead global programs to enhance loyalty, value, and cross‑selling opportunities. Strong leadership and international experience are required.
