This is a senior, high-ownership leadership role combining business transformation, operational excellence, client advisory, and commercial growth.You will diagnose complex organizational challenges across people, processes, technology, and management systems.The role goes beyond strategy, requiring you to turn recommendations into structured plans, implementation, training, and measurable outcomes.You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and shape engagements that address their most important business challenges.You will also contribute to proposals, presentations, business development, and closing new opportunities.Strong judgment and the confidence to constructively challenge senior leadership will be essential to driving meaningful change.This opportunity is particularly suited to an experienced transformation leader who wants broad ownership and the potential to grow into a General Manager-level role.
