Job Description Summary
The role oversees the strategic and financial management of HFS assets across the EMEA region. It plays a critical role in asset valuation, financial performance management, and partnership development, working closely with commercial, finance, and treasury teams to maximize asset value, drive revenue growth, and strengthen GE HealthCare customer loyalty.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead residual value and collateral value assessments for medical equipment within delegated authority.
Partner with Global Asset Management and GE HealthCare modality leaders to develop residual value rules and future asset value forecasts.
Develop and manage Asset Management partnerships with banks and investors across EMEA.
Collaborate with HFS EMEA commercial teams to proactively manage and optimize the existing installed base.
Balance GE HealthCare and HFS revenue streams through upgrades, buybacks, extensions, and remarketing initiatives while improving customer retention.
Act as a Center of Excellence for asset knowledge, supporting HFS teams through market insights, training, and technology analysis.
Own Asset Management performance reporting, installed base tracking, impairment testing, and budget forecasting processes.
Drive strong collaboration with Treasury and Controllership to ensure financial rigor.
Co‑develop innovative financing solutions and proactive HFS campaigns to increase leasing penetration and market share.
Contribute to the financing strategy for large private accounts across EMEA.
Qualifications
Fluency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with extensive experience in finance or management roles; Master’s degree and financial services experience strongly preferred.
Solid knowledge of leasing activities and asset valuation methodologies.
Proven financial, analytical, and business acumen, including forecasting and budgeting experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and develop high‑performing teams.
Experience valuing medical equipment (e.g. CT, MRI, PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, X‑ray, Ultrasound) is an advantage.
Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS leasing standards preferred.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills in complex, cross‑functional environments.
High integrity, strong ownership mindset, and ability to coach and develop talent.
