Director of AI Customer Success - France

Genesys in Paris seeks a Director of Customer Success to lead the France CS organization, including PS Sales & Delivery and CSM teams. You will drive value realization, adoption, and revenue growth, owning strategic services opportunities and ensuring renewal expansion.
