As a member of the company's Finance leadership team, you partner with the CFO and FP&A to deliver high-quality monthly reporting to top management and shareholders, with full ownership of the accounting, cash and tax perimeter across the Group's countries.
- You lead the accounting close process (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ensure statutory accounts and local GAAP/IFRS filings are delivered on time and in compliance with local regulations in each entity.
- You are a key contact for the CPAs & external auditors to ensure timely delivery of our yearly accounts.
- You strengthen the internal control framework and act as the main point of contact for statutory auditors during annual and interim audits.
- You manage cash and treasury: cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, cash pooling and intercompany flows across the Group's entities.
- You oversee tax compliance and strategy (corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing) across jurisdictions, working with external advisors to secure and optimize the Group's tax position.
- You oversee the accounting dimension of M&A integrations and corporate reorganizations, including purchase accounting and post-acquisition integration.
- You drive the implementation of new tools and automation with your team to keep improving productivity and refocus on high value-added tasks.
- You manage a team of around a dozen people across the Group's countries and drive their development and growth.
Qualifications
- Graduated in accounting, you worked at a CPA during a minimum of three years, before moving to the corporate world.
- In total, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience, with management experience.
- In these experiences, you have displayed your analytical skills, quick-wittedness as well as your strong attention to details and financial expertise.
- Highly structured, you know how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment that will make you grow quickly.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and fluency in French & English are required.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Netsuite will be a strong advantage.
- The company is already strongly equipped and has a strong IT roadmap.
- Experiences in implanting tools will be a strong plus to succeed in the position.
